16 credit hours total for the weekend.

Rough Schedule:
- Please allow 10-15 minutes for arrival time to ensure class begins promptly at 10am. I and my assistant will be on site at 9am so we'll be ready to welcome you.
- Lunch on Saturday and Sunday will be from 1pm-2pm. There are a few food options in the area within a short drive or, of course, feel free to bring your own meals.
- Class officially ends at 7pm each day but I'll be around for conversation or follow up both days if need be.
Suggestions:
Please care for yourself Friday through Monday. I suggest good food, hydration, plenty of sleep, decreased or zero intoxication. I also invite you to decrease your responsibilities to others/outside world for the weekend. Let's focus on ourselves and what's alive within us so we can be in this gathering cleanly.
What To Bring:
- Something to take notes with/on. The outline has some space but I know some people take more notes than others.
- Snacks and water as needed.
- Wear or bring flexible/comfy clothes; shorts and t-shirt/tank tops are best. We need to make contact with skin so clothes need to be movable/adjustable. That being said it would be wise to bring some layers if you get cold easily.
- Bring cushions if you like to sit on the floor.
- Bring a bottom sheet for the massage tables.
