Have you noticed a persistent critical voice within you that always adds its own opinion? Have you ever experienced a clear voice of guidance or support as you face life’s challenges? Do you notice different parts of yourself showing up while with different friends or relatives?

In ITB, we refer to these as Voices after the tradition of Voice Dialogue created by Hal and Sidra Stone. These Voices are natural and innate to all humans. They represent aspects of our natural diversity and complexity of identity. They often have their own stories and relate to the world in their own way.

Join Koshin Geoff West for a day of exploring the diverse voices and perspectives that live within us all. By exploring, understanding, and building healthy relationships to these voices we often find power, insight, and recovery.

By combining a form of Witness Consciousness Meditations (WCM) with Voice exploration you’ll be sure to walk away from this class with insights and skills. These tools often aid us in excavating and exploring trauma, navigating healing and recovery, and deepen our love in the relationships we have and the life that’s unfolding before us.
